    Service Contract Senior Sales Administrator 


    This role will involve both financial analysis and dealer-facing sales support focused on the extended service contract product that Navistar provides - primarily dealerships and large truck and bus fleets. You will be responsible for:

    • Extensive MS Excel analysis- utilizing V-Look ups and Pivot Tables to develop metrics and trend analysis/reporting
    • Creation and distribution of custom service contracts
    • Utilize an outstanding Customer-Facing personality to successfully manage existing vendor relationships and develop new vendor relationships
    • Support extended service contract sales with various financial analysis and reporting
    • Perform Journal entries and account reconciliations for up-to-date financial reports
    • Manage extended service contract sales programs
    • Support and contribute to new upselling strategies
    • Plan and implement projects that support the organizational goals and targets

    Position Purpose

    Plans and implements projects that support the sales organization. Assists sales organization in providing technical and administrative product
    information. Works with market research team to ensure market analysis data is used for quoting customer prices. Prepares the distribution of accounts to the Sales Representatives and updates the automated tracking system, such as CRM. Coordinates with Sales Representatives to provide sales documentation and satisfy customer requirements.


    Basic Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree and at least 2 years sales administration experience


    • Master’s degree 


    • At least 4 years sales administration experience


    Additional Requirements

    • Qualified candidates, excluding current Navistar employees, must be legally authorized on an unrestricted basis (US Citizen, Legal Permanent Resident, Refugee or Asylee) to be employed in the United States.
