    We are seeking - National Account Manager, International Trucks who will execute our sales strategy for exponential activity and growth of International® brand commercial trucks, products and services to fleet organizations within the U.S.

    As a Navistar National Accounts Manager you will: 

    • Implement sales strategies with assigned National Account Customers
    • Grow market share, by promoting Navistar's products
    • Nurture and grow the Navistar relationship with assigned accounts
    • Actively monitor the customer experience
    • Ensure Navistar products are outperforming competitive offerings
       

    As part of a cross-functional team: 

    • You work with the pricing, parts, service and OnCommand sales to understand and contribute their growth by presenting Navistar's total  fleet offerings, focused on customer satisfaction and committed to highest Uptime in the industry. 
    • Use your customer knowledge to aid feature integration, vehicle quality overall customer satisfaction by providing input to Navistar engineering and manufacturing efforts.

    Position Purpose and Requirements

    Provide leadership by demonstrating excellent sales capabilities, expert sales tactics, and customer relationship management. Accountable for meeting annual National Account retail fleet sales volume and revenue targets. Achieve profitable growth and increased market share by targeting “conquest” accounts. Develop and manage relationships directly with National Account fleets, ensuring maximum customer satisfaction. Provide ongoing support to retain customer accounts. Prepare comprehensive proposals to include value added Truck, Parts, Service, and Finance programs. Refine and customize the corporate business and vehicle center strategy to the needs of individual fleet.

     

     

    Basic Requirements:

    • At least 8 years of sales experience, product support, or technical product knowledge
    • At least 1 year of lead experience

    OR

    • Bachelor’s degree and at least 6 years of sales experience, product support, or technical product knowledge
    • At least 1 year of lead experience

    OR

    • Master’s degree and at least 4 years of sales experience, product support, or technical product knowledge
    • At least 1 year of lead experience

    Additional Requirements

    • Qualified candidates, excluding current Navistar employees, must be legally authorized on an unrestricted basis (US Citizen, Legal Permanent Resident, Refugee or Asylee) to be employed in the United States. Navistar does not anticipate providing employment related work sponsorship for this position (e.g., H-1B status)
