OnCommand Preventative Maintenance is Navistar’s (International & IC Bus Brands) US & Canadian customer offering that assures vehicles are maintained properly, cost effectively and deliver the industry’s leading Uptime.
As the Program Manager, you will have sole responsibility for the program’s future direction, revenue growth and adoption. This includes creating, updating and evolving preventative maintenance programs across all our product platforms, our competitor’s products and customer segments.
Additionally, you will need to work closely with our component suppliers to right products at the right time are being maintained. The readiness and overall capability of our US & Canadian dealer network will also be your responsibility. This includes creating and deploying training, communications and other tools to assure the integrity of the program is upheld across that network.
Performs non-technical project completion using an internal customer perspective, typically from initiation through delivery. Coordinate cross-functional teams through meetings and progress measurement activity which bring distinct, specific projects to completion both on time and within budget. [This role has project management responsibility and no direct
reports. This job manages specific projects that have a distinct beginning and end. Requires people and resource management through others; part of cross-functional team required to complete the project.]
