Navistar, Inc is hiring an Inside Sales Manager. In this newly created position under the direction of the Inside Sales Diretor you will assist in developing a team to execute our sales strategy in support Navistar's Tier 3 and 4 dealers. These dealers sell new International trucks.
Assistance is provided via phone and occasionally in-person. This role will require management experience and exceptional ability to work cross functionally with Marketing, Engineering, and our Central Sales Administration (CSA) groups. New Truck dealers serve fleets, government and owner operators purchasing all classes of trucks.
The ideal candidate is skilled at inside sales execution with great communication skills. Must have a strong desire to win and help develop a team with high customer service focus. Strong knowledge of the heavy equipment and especially the truck industry. Familiarity with International trucks a strong plus.

Responsible for attaining sales objectives on a district/regional basis. Responsible for larger or more complex sales deals. Develops plans and participates in strategic and tactical planning. Selects, develops, and evaluates personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the function.
