Provides engineering and service expertise in effort to reduce corporate No Trouble Found (“NTF”) warranty issues. Works independently and is responsible for multiple complex projects. Advises management on areas contributing to NTF occurrence and works cross-functionally to implement product, service or supplier changes to mitigate. Manages project timelines, coordinates Navistar resources to support investigations (e.g. test vehicles, test equipment, etc.) and engages appropriate Navistar resources to drive progress.
This is a Program Based position, full time for a period of one year.
Manages warranty claims and/or returned material analysis/inspection. Adapts and executes business plans and contributes to the development of departmental strategies. Decisions are guided by functional strategies and priorities. Controls planning, staffing, budgeting, managing expense priorities, and recommending and implementing changes to methods.
