The Supply Chain Customer Service Manager will be responsible for :
Setting team direction, deploying resources, and managing others
Provide guidance and support to team members, making decisions according to established procedures, policies, and key metrics
Training and developing employees
Managing a support team responsible for locating critical truck parts
within 24-48 hours
Reduce active truck down order count year over year
Work with suppliers and internal teams including procurement,
engineering, and production to overcome constraints with expediting
Support a lean culture through process improvements
