    We are seeking - Regional Sales Director who will execute our sales strategy for exponential activity and growth of International® brand commercial trucks sales, products and services within our dealer network.

    As the Northwest Region Sales Director you are responsible for implementing appropriate business sales strategies in the region maximizing customer interface, market growth, and profitability. 

    • Show your leadership by demonstrating excellent personal sales capabilities, expert sales tactics, customer relationship management skills.
    • You will provide oversight in preparation of comprehensive sales strategies that add value to truck, parts, service, telematics products and communicates available finance programs.
    • Demonstrate leadership to your sales organization by guiding strategic account level business plans, relationship building and ensure personnel has access to and successfully completes all required product training.
    • Ensure personnel is qualified and proficient in sales related competencies and capabilities to serve their market.
    • You will devise initiatives designed to exceed sales plan of International products and consistent with corporate business Plans and vehicle strategies.
    • Responsible for ensuring region provides all relevant deal information to Central Sales Administration (CSA)

    We offer a base salary plus a sales incentive program and a company car.

    Position Purpose and Requirements

    Responsible for attaining sales objectives on a district/regional basis. Responsible for
    larger or more complex sales deals. Develops plans and participates in strategic and tactical planning. Selects, develops, and evaluates personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the function.


    Basic Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree and at least 10 years of sales experience
    • At least 4 years of management experience


    • Master’s degree and at least 8 years of sales experience
    • At least 4 years of management experience


    • At least 12 years of sales experience
    • At least 4 years of management experience

    Additional Requirements

    • Qualified candidates, excluding current Navistar employees, must be legally authorized on an unrestricted basis (US Citizen, Legal Permanent Resident, Refugee or Asylee) to be employed in the United States. Navistar does not anticipate providing employment related work sponsorship for this position (e.g., H-1B status)
