  • Overview

    This role is an open-ended, W-2 contract position for a Talent Acquisition Sourcing Manager, preferrably with CRM and social media and/or marketing experience. 

     

    You will be a valued member of Navistar's Talent Acquisition team supporting 6 Client facing recruiting advisors across several business verticals.  You'll stay on top of the latest recruiting & sourcing trends, develop and manage candidate pipelines, contact active & passive candidates and join several talent communities.

     

    The Sourcing Manager can work remote or onsite at the Navistar corporate headquarters in Lisle, IL

    Position Purpose and Requirements

     

     

    Preferred Experience:

    At least 4+ years experience recruiting or combination sales, sourcing and recruiting experience

    Experience with Yello & iCIMS is a plus

     

     

    Additional Requirements

    • Qualified candidates, excluding current Navistar employees, must be legally authorized on an unrestricted basis (US Citizen, Legal Permanent Resident, Refugee or Asylee) to be employed in the United States.
