We are seeking a Sales Administration Associate, International Trucks to sooridinate customer service activity for parts sales growth in Navistar's OEM and private label parts.
Sales Administration Associate responsibilities:
Expedite daily parts procurement requests and as necessary, follow up with customers, suppliers, shipping carriers. Research additional sources or alternatives for the parts needed and meet engineering specs. Organize and distribute Weekly, Monthly and Quarterly Customer Executive Review Summary, which includes US and Canadian rebate tracking.
Specific tasks will include:
Provides timely and effective administrative support within the Sales function. Provides support in areas such as order processing, customer quotes, sales information management, product training and financing. Maintains customer files with sales contracts and other information. May coordinate with departments regarding order status, shipping dates, prices, product availability and back orders.
