  • Overview

    This role is an open-ended, W-2 contract position for a Sr. Recruiter.  The Sr. Contract Recruiter will work onsite at the Navistar corporate headquarters in Lisle, IL with some flexibility to work remotely after a period of time.  The ideal candidate will have 7+ years recruiting experience in any of the following areas:  Supply Chain, Procurement, IT, Finance, HR, Engineering, Marketing or Sales and is experienced building effective relationships and working across all levels of management and businesses.


    Position Purpose and Requirements

    Works with hiring managers to document requirements of job openings as required. Determines appropriate recruiting sources for advertising and posting positions. Promotes the company image to candidates and external service providers. Surfaces candidates and develops networks of people and processes to support a strong pipeline of qualified candidates. Pre-screens resumes and evaluates effectiveness of electronic candidate evaluation tools. Documents candidate evaluation and interview process.  


    Preferred Experience:


    7+ years experience recruiting or combination of HR and recruiting experience

    Experience with iCIMS and OFCCP

    • Qualified candidates, excluding current Navistar employees, must be legally authorized on an unrestricted basis (US Citizen, Legal Permanent Resident, Refugee or Asylee) to be employed in the United States.
