    National Accounts parts sales is seeking exceptionally talented and results-oriented individuals to join us and deliver on our promises to our customers, dealers, employees and shareholders.


    The National Account Parts Sales Manager duties include, but are not limited to: 

    • Responsibility for creating, developing, and managing relationships between the Company with a focus on conquesting National Accounts for parts sales
    • Assists regional team members in preparing comprehensive proposals to include value added truck, parts, service, and finance programs
    • Provide leadership to dealer sales organization in developing strategic account level business relationships
    • Aggressive pursuit and identification of new customers and sales opportunities
    • Professionally represent the Company to appropriate customer contacts.
    • Work with marketing, truck sales, product teams, and technology groups to implement sales strategies specific to individual dealer markets.
    • Provide detailed analysis of market trends and competition.
    • Ensure dealer personnel are qualified and proficient in sales related competencies and capabilities to serve their market.
    • Refine and customize the corporate business strategy to the local level.
    • Aggressively drive maximum customer interface with conquest customers.
    • Provide leadership by demonstrating excellent sales capabilities, expert sales tactics, and customer relationship management.

    We offer a base salary commensurate with experience along with significant Sales Incentive Program, a company car, and excellent benefits. 

    Position Purpose and Requirements

    Sales leadership responsible for selling the company’s products or services, sales results, executing the organization’s sales plan in order to grow businesses and margins by developing and implementing sales strategies and tactics, as well as developing new accounts and/or expanding existing accounts. Performs as a resource with high level knowledge of company products and services and introduces new products.


    Basic Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree and at least 8 years of sales experience

    • At least 1 year of lead experience


    • Master’s degree and at least 6 years of sales experience

    • At least 1 year of lead experience


    • At least 10 years of sales experience

    • At least 1 year of lead experience

    Additional Requirements

    • Qualified candidates, excluding current Navistar employees, must be legally authorized on an unrestricted basis (US Citizen, Legal Permanent Resident, Refugee or Asylee) to be employed in the United States. Navistar does not anticipate providing employment related work sponsorship for this position (e.g., H-1B status)
