Navistar is seeking a Parts National Accounts Director. This role is key to the success of our dealers, customers and Navistar.
The National Accounts Director will oversee the sale of Navistar's products and services at some of our largest customers. This requires managing our relationship with these organizations across all functional areas while motivating, developing, and providing leadership to the assigned team of National Accounts Parts Sales Managers.
In this role you will:
Develop sales strategies and execution plans for National Account dealer networks.
Achieve the unit volume, sales, pricing and market share, and margin goals.
Work cross-functionally with Regional Truck and Parts Vice President, Truck Sales Managers, Finance, Used Truck, Central Sales Administration, ensuring a compelling value proposition and “total” customer solution.
Planning includes sales training, marketing initiatives, customer events, and profitable dealer retail growth strategies.
Develops long term customer growth initiatives and plans.
