At Navistar, the Operations Management Development Program (OMDP) is designed to recruit and develop recent college graduates who exhibit the potential for a high level of achievement in operations management and who, throughout the course of the program, demonstrate the ability to progress to senior management. Our focus is to develop our Associates to become future leaders in our company. We’re looking for unique individuals with strong technical backgrounds and toned leadership skills.
As an OMDP Associate, you'll have many opportunities to gain the knowledge and skills needed to excel in your future career, creating a competitive advantage not only for yourself, but also for Navistar. It is recognized that, while Associates cannot receive identical experiences, all Associates are offered similar work rotations, formal training, and assignment to sponsors who are there to mentor and consult with throughout their development. Common elements of the program are:

Willing to relocate
Ability to travel – up to 30%
