The Retirement Plan Administration Manager is responsible for Navistar’s Pension and 401k plan administration. They must ensure compliance all Federal and State laws and regulations, including ERISA and DOL. This position supports 35,000 current retirees, dependents and spouses for Pension purposes. The manager has 7 direct reports and reports to the Director of Compensation & Benefits.
Manages the personnel involved in the administration of defined benefit, defined contribution and health and welfare plans. Oversee plan administration and standard and ad hoc reporting. Manages projects and oversees implementation of design changes as required by plan rules and legislative requirements. Selects, develops, and evaluates personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the function.
