We are seeking a New Truck - Regional Sales Manager, International Trucks – Northeast, Southeast, Central, Southwest and West Regions who will play a key role in executing our regional sales activity and growth for International® brand commercial trucks, products and services through our distribution channel to end users in the marketplace.

Position Purpose and Requirements

Sales leadership responsible for selling the company’s products or services, sales results, executing the organization’s sales plan in order to grow businesses and margins by developing and implementing sales strategies and tactics, as well as developing new accounts and/or expanding existing accounts.  Performs as a resource with high level knowledge of company products and services and introduces new products.


Basic Requirements:

  • At least 12 years of sales experience and/or product knowledge
  • At least 2 years of lead experience


  • Bachelor’s degree and at least 10 years of sales experience and/or product knowledge
  • At least 2 years of lead experience


  • Master’s degree and at least 6 years of sales experience and/or product knowledge
  • At least 2 years of lead experience

Additional Requirements

  • Qualified candidates, excluding current Navistar employees, must be legally authorized on an unrestricted basis (US Citizen, Legal Permanent Resident, Refugee or Asylee) to be employed in the United States. Navistar does not anticipate providing employment related work sponsorship for this position (e.g., H-1B status)
