We are seeking a New Truck - Regional Sales Manager, International Trucks – West Region who will play a key role in executing our regional sales activity and growth for International® brand commercial trucks, products and services through our dealer distribution channel to end users in the marketplace.
Responsible for executing the regions market penetration strategy including unit volume, margin and customer service goals.
Supervise our regional Truck Sales Managers (TSM), including establishing individual goals, managing performance, mentoring, and participating in closing large deals as needed.
Sales leadership responsible for selling the company’s products or services, sales results, executing the organization’s sales plan in order to grow businesses and margins by developing and implementing sales strategies and tactics, as well as developing new accounts and/or expanding existing accounts. Performs as a resource with high level knowledge of company products and services and introduces new products.
