We are seeking Conquest Fleet Sales Managers , International Trucks who will execute our sales strategy for exponential activity and growth of International® brand commercial trucks, products and services to fleet organizations within the U.S.

The Conquest Fleet Sales Representative is responsible for implementing appropriate individualized sales strategies to ensure maximum customer interface, market growth, and profitability for Navistar’s retail fleet operations.

 

  • Provide leadership by demonstrating excellent sales capabilities, expert sales tactics, and customer relationship management
  • Accountable for meeting annual Conquest Account retail fleet sales volume and revenue targets.
  • Achieve profitable growth and increased market share by targeting “conquest” accounts
  • Develop and manage relationships directly, ensuring maximum customer satisfaction
  • Provide ongoing support to retain customer accounts
  • Prepare comprehensive proposals to include value added Truck, Parts, Service, and Finance programs
  • Refine and customize the corporate business and vehicle center strategy to the needs of individual fleets
  • Place and track customer equipment orders ensuring delivery requirements are achieved
  • Work with internal departments to provide features and capabilities desired by end users

Position Purpose and Requirements

Provide leadership by demonstrating excellent sales capabilities, expert sales tactics, and customer relationship management. Accountable for meeting annual National Account retail fleet sales volume and revenue targets. Achieve profitable growth and increased market share by targeting “conquest” accounts. Develop and manage relationships directly with National Account fleets, ensuring maximum customer satisfaction. Provide ongoing support to retain customer accounts. Prepare comprehensive proposals to include value added Truck, Parts, Service, and Finance programs. Refine and customize the corporate business and vehicle center strategy to the needs of individual fleet.

 

 

Basic Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of sales experience, product support, or technical product knowledge 

OR 

  • Bachelor’s degree and no experience

OR

  • Master’s degree and no experience

Additional Requirements

  • Qualified candidates, excluding current Navistar employees, must be legally authorized on an unrestricted basis (US Citizen, Legal Permanent Resident, Refugee or Asylee) to be employed in the United States. Navistar does not anticipate providing employment related work sponsorship for this position (e.g., H-1B status)

Desired Skills:

  • Successful sales: industrial, truck, truck parts or heavy equipment
  • Creative selling techniques; able to add new business
  • Knowledge of Truck/ heavy industrial industries
  • Ability to develop truck specifications to the component level
