JOB SUMMARY: Marketing Manager 

Position in Lisle ,IL

 

Reporting to the Senior Director, Marketing Strategy and Brand, the Integrated Marketing Communications Manager will develop and launch strategic marketing efforts to ensure that our products and services reach our targeted consumer base and are differentiated from the competition. This person will demonstrate an ability to manage the entire marketing process from strategy through creative execution and post-activity measurement, using internal and external resources in a demanding, fast-paced environment. Primary areas of responsibility and operational characteristics include: 
o Develop comprehensive marketing strategies and tactics for the International Truck brand that address business needs, including but not limited to customer insight-based planning, target audience segmentation, deep understanding of our product offering, channel roles and cross-channel activation and measurement. 
o Possess a unique blend strategy and creativity, with the ability to understand business needs, and to demonstrate marketing’s role in achieving business results. 
o Leading with ambiguity and ability to effectively partner across functions, including but not limited to parts, service, local dealer marketing, engineering, pricing and sales. 
o Manage agency partners across channels to drive industry-leading marketing across print and digital advertising, events, public relations, digital, CRM. 
o Must demonstrate ability to leverage a master brand strategy/brief and execute consistently across all activation channels. 
o Budget maintenance and metrics reporting
