Reporting to the Vice President of Marketing, the Marketing Director, Navistar Parts, will develop and launch strategic marketing efforts to grow the parts retail business through the dealer channel.
This person will demonstrate an ability to manage the entire marketing process from strategic through creative execution, using internal and external resources in a demanding, fast-paced environment. This person will have day-to-day oversight for all marketing activities for the Navistar Parts business, working in collaboration with the Parts product teams, sales organization and regional marketing team.
Directs the development of company marketing programs. Responsible for assessment of existing and potential markets, coordination of technical product development, development of product strategies, definition of promotional activities and product launch. Activities may include technical
sales support; product advertising/promotion; planning, developing, and implementing multiple channel programs; and directing the development of company market requirements for specific product(s) or product line(s). Selects, develops, and evaluates personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the function.
